Privacy & editorial integrity
Penny Grid collects almost nothing: no accounts, no cookies beyond what fonts require, no analytics, no tracking pixels. Our reviews are funded by clearly disclosed referral links, and no brand can buy, preview, or edit a score. This page is the whole policy, in plain English.
What we collect when you visit
Very little, and on purpose. Penny Grid has no comment system, no newsletter form, no account system, and no analytics software. Our server logs record the usual technical basics (page requested, time, browser type) and are deleted on a rolling 30-day schedule. We load two font families from Google Fonts; that request tells Google your IP address and nothing else, and we self-host everything else — every image, icon, and script on this site is served from pennygrid.site itself.
How Penny Grid earns money
Some outbound links to apps we review may earn us a small referral commission if you sign up through them. It costs you nothing, and the links never change what we write. We score every app on the rubric published on our about page before any link is added, and several of our top-ranked apps — including our current number one, fezelo — are free products that pay us little or nothing. Rankings are not for sale at any price, and no brand has ever seen a Penny Grid review before publication.
Corrections and contact
When we get something wrong, we fix the article and add a dated note at the bottom of the page. Spotted an error, or have a privacy question this page did not answer? Write to hello@pennygrid.site — a human (usually Wren) reads everything. For anything sensitive, please do not include account numbers or credentials; we do not need them and do not want them.
